The platform is really just word, but you have to do all kinds of additional things to get the work done. You have word open and then you have to access patient lists from an MS-DOS style medical record program. It's time consuming for sure. The hardest part is the way you have to type and interpret the reports. Take out pronounces and "excessive verbiage" and it can be hard with some of the dictators. It's a long day for sure! The management is not friendly at all and very "over-confident" if you ask me. It's too bad because there is work and benefits good. Never going to find a perfect situation.
