A few months ago I was looking for ways to help me focus and concentrate on work (in addition to doing things like blocking Facebook and Reddit during the times I work) and discovered binaural beats.
I play them on YouTube at the lowest possible volume so it's background noise behind the dictators. I prefer ones that are just pure tones over ones that have the beats buried in other music or nature sounds, eg, https://youtu.be/4GVMBqkEF88
Anyone else use them and have a favourite channel?
