work on your anxiety and social skills with a professional so you can keep your on-site pathology job. Any MTSO job you find, and there aren't that many good ones left, will require production goals and high QA scores. You'd be better off staying on-site with pathology, as pathology seems to be the hardest discipline to outsource to a MTSO. Please try with all your might to become acclimated to working in an office (with anxiety medication and counseling), as it is your best bet right now for remaining in the medical transcription field a bit longer, before it disappears altogether.
