99.9% of people who are quite content with an employer, product or service, don't bother leaving an online review.

A small percentage of people who are REALLY thrilled might leave a review.

People who are angry, upset, frustrated or feel hard done by will seek out places to leave a review and spread the word.

I think a certain percentage of disgruntled MTs, regardless of the MTSO, is down to people not knowing the reality of MT work and pay and having expectations that aren't realistic because they've been sold a lie by recruiters or course sales people.
