Transcription Software - TJ

I am in need of information please. I am in the process of being set up as an independent transcriptionist (part-time) from home. What kind of software is the best to use & what $$ are we looking at? I need to be able to transcribe either with foot pedal or hot keys (need both abilities). Need someone's help please. Thank you.
