Hmmmm! If it is the same company, then why would it be any different?!? Being treated well in the beginning can change quickly once you are working within a company for awhile - as it did with the company for which I work - company becomes more demanding and nastier as time goes on. Maybe it's a godsend that I have not heard back from my resume. I generally always get a response from my resume pretty quickly. I have always had this deep down gut feeling that if a company does not respond, I'm being watched over! :o)
