I gave a letter of resignation when I repeatedly ran out of work after the change to Editscript last December. I gave no work and increased FIESA deductions as reasons because my AHR was almost half what it was in December. I fought the initial unemployment denial, providing evidence for the judge in a telephone hearing, and she ruled in my favor. Now I have been accepted into the TAA retraining program. I receive enough UI to get by and get free training. I know it is scary, I was scared too. Check with your UE office and consider it if you can't pay for shelter and food working for this disgusting company.
