Agree and unless you are willing to work on one of the really bad accounts where you might make $7.00/hour, they seem to be rotating the few good accounts to maybe new editors. How about that gal with all the emails (not the owner but the other "C")? She has escalated to in my opinion, just plain mean. It is one thing to work with that kind of a person when you are getting paid a decent wage where you can put up with it but when you are barely making a living, to be treated badly is unacceptable.
