Yes I did post about Keizer not getting back to me and wondered what I should do and someone said to contact them, so I did, hence this post. The reason I posted again, is because they didn't get back to me after I submitted all the paperwork which included all my information.
This just isn't right with these companies. They have absolutely no regard for us.
