Am out of work constantly - Old MT

I used to have a ton of work and now I'm lucky if I get a few reports. I work part-time and as soon as I see a report come up in my pool-- zoom, it's gone. It's like everybody is sitting there waiting for a job to come in to grab it ASAP. I think they overhired from all the Nuance people and now the work is practically non-existant. I have sent emails asking about it but the answers are always "beat around the bush." They were so far behind in the beginning and it cost them a ton of money, so I think they overhired and now there is nothing.
