You will be shocked at how quickly you pick up on things when you are hearing nothing but Aussie accents. Also, it has been my experience that the Aussie ESLs speak much more clearly than do their US counterparts. The Aussie management team and mentors are very much aware that there is a learning curve, so if you give it your best shot and really listen to QA/mentor feedback, you'll likely do just fine.
