And then was told they don't hire from her state because too high minimum wage.

My state has recently upped the minimum and for that transgression I must keep my line count up at Nuance or else they whine about MUP and if I'm going to get fired I don't want it to be from incompetence.

So ridiculous when what is considered incompetent in a high minimum wage state is just fine in a low minimum wage state, isn't it? Never thought I would wish to live in one of those states, but I know it would be easier to find an MT job if I did.
