I had always wanted to be QA, mostly because I wanted to be in a position to teach. But it totally backfired. I was never mean, but I was to the point. Even when I sugar-coated my corrections with kindness in a note to the MT, they only got mad. You either have a great set of MTs, or you have someone standing behind you and not letting the MTs whine and pout like where I worked. I had a bunch of spoiled brats.
