I think it is the fact that iMedX Australia only works within Australia. They are part of iMedX it seems in name only. They don't pull workers from each other. The operate completely independently. I know that iMedX invests a lot into each MTs training. They focus on a long-term relationship with their MTs not a revolving door like a lot of companies in the US. They want quality people and they want to keep them. They recognize that the MTs matter and their focus is not 100% on VR, they have it if you want it but it's not their whole focus.
