I have already made it to Senior MT. The support is wonderful. There is a slight learning curve but just listen to your mentor. Everyone is nice and the training is VERY THOROUGH - don't get overwhelmed :) I am starting off slow but want to make it FT in the coming months. I have been an MT for 27 years and I like the stability I see with this company. Good Luck!
