There was a time when I made about $20-$25 an hour at this job. The company I worked for was bought out by Nuance. For about the first year, everything was great. I was making good money. I thought everyone here was crazy about how they talked about Nuance. I wish that had been the case. After about a year, they changed the pay grid and I now make about $13 an hour. I went from having no debt, being able to pay my bills and eat with no problems to being over $30,000 in debt, struggling every paycheck and having to choose between paying bills, eating, or going farther into debt. I finally had to break down and get a second job. I do still work here even though I make way more money at my other job (not transcription),but every day I really wish they would just lay me off or fire me.
