Job Description: One Transcription Services is looking for bilingual transcriptionists (Spanish/English) to transcribe law enforcement transcription that will consist of 911 calls, jail calls, police radio chatter, interrogations. Payment varies between .08 (weekly and English only) to .10 cents per 65-character line based on language and time of week. Payment is prompt via direct deposit every other Friday. Bilingual transcriptionists will always have the option to receive work, regardless of language. This is independent contractor status.
Job Requirements:
- Must reside in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Must be able to start June 18th.
Equipment/Internet Requirements
- Must have high-speed Internet (Broadband or DSL/Satellite).
- Must have dedicated and reliable computer (Windows 7, 8.1, or 10).
- Must have Microsoft Office versions 2007 through 2016.
- Must have foot pedal, headphones, and WAV player.
Testing consists of transcribing three short voice files.
