I don't need to use my degree for anything, I'm 67 and - get 36K/yr in retirement income. Please explain

to me why they do not fire me since I rarely meet my LPH requirements, have argued with and directly disobeyed an HDSM and simply been moved to another HDSM, have been put on performance management "just one more time" for nonprofessional language. I don't quite jobs and would really like to be fired from this one and simply cannot understand why I am still here.
