not that long ago about 1 dictator. He would say next in PMH and every other paragraph and they would number neatly, but he would get to the medications and say "please type 1 under the other" and then proceed in paragraph form. For the people that have 20 plus medications, it gets to be a chore! I complained. You know what they did? Put a pop up box that says, Please number the medications. Really? He can say next in every paragraph but medications where it would be very helpful? Ya.... They don't give a rip. Why should dictators be held to high standards when we can waste our time AND read minds?
