I work part-time as an IC for a company doing SSA work. I love it. It's transcribing SSA hearings. I even got a promotion while working there. The pay isn't bad. I only use it as supplemental income which is great because the only downside and I think this may be with a lot of general/legal transcription companies is that the work is very sporadic. I hold on to the job because it's easy and very good pay. It never hurts to look into other types of transcription. You might just like it.
