understand anxiety. I know about it because I suffer with it. You sound like people I have known who tell me I just need to calm down and quit worrying. I couldn't tell you how many times I have gotten dressed to go to the store or an appointment only to get to the door and not be able to open it to leave. It makes you feel worthless and a complete loser.

I know this made her feel bad.

And you just made it worse.
