Everybody, come on, let's use some common sense. Any time you see an ad for an IC position and they are demanding you work this day or that and something else, then report it.
If you're not sure who to talk to at IRS or DOL, then google it. Or start calling to ask where to report it.
Instead of asking here if it's a violation, ask where it's going to do some good and stop this abuse of IC terms.
You all complain but nobody wants to do anything about it. This is your chance.
Do it.
