I think the elites have been transferring the jobs and wealth out of this country to other places in the world. MT is outsourced, and physician jobs here are mainly people from other countries.

60 Minutes had a show on awhile back that showed some type of medical company in the U.S. in which the employees had to train people from India who were going to replace them in their jobs.

Also, I have seen somewhere that the majority of graduates of our ivy league colleges are immigrants.
