Question about how to write ER/PR and HER2/neu sm - Debye

Ok, all along in the impression section I have abbreviated ER/PR, HER2/neu, and I get a QA back today explaining that it is to be spelled out in the assessment/impression section. Do you all spell it out? I'll do what they want but it seems wrong to me. Just wondering...
