when it slow all the bloody time. Besides which, they have time to monitor everyone's private computer with LanDesk. What a poor excuse. Don't they run weekly diagnostics on their equipment? They have all these techs sitting in a variety of offices; what do they do all day? Maybe they handwrite labels to mail to people to return their computers.
