I am supposed to look at those videos and take that test as well, but we are not paid for that and I resent having to do it, so I have not done it.
What is the protocol for something like that? These companies want us to watch videos and train and take these tests and yet we are not compensated. Do they have that right when we are ICs? I suppose they do and they can fire you for not complying, but it is not fair We do a ton of free work and I am tired of it.
