who don't know how to post on forums, like asking questions on Word Help with very little information and trying to jam the whole question into the subject box, who don't know how to reply to posts and start a brand new post instead to reply to their original post, and posts that don't seem to make a lot of sense to many people (like it's an inside joke) or something. There is a massive failure to communicate lately.
