Does anyone know what report signature initials like this mean? "ABC/ab/abc/abc"
I made up the initials here, but does anyone know who is actually editing with lower case initials (a group in Nuance, IC's, farmed out, etc)? It is not everyday Nuance MLS, as our initials are ABC/AB. Many reports no longer have ABC/AB but have ABC/ab. Accounts now running out of work for ABC/AB employees.
