Well, I worked for the same company as you and they didn't exactly follow the rules. They NEVER told me my hourly wages for each account or my FRINGE BENEFIT RATE for each account, without me having to ask. The SCA clearly indicates this info must be disclosed (displayed).
It was questionable to pay by prevailing wage by account and not by prevailing wage by the employee location! Some companies audited, mentioned here on MTstars, were told to pay based on where the employee lives. Even Alpha claims to do this, somehow. I wondered, how are the hours worked on each account kept track of??
Just be careful the reporting of breaking rules isn't reflected back.
