as all these posters have suggested. The other is to "know someone." The best MT job I ever had was when I desperately needed to get away from MQ. An acquaintance I met through an MT forum and became friendly with decided over time that she knew me well enough to recommend me to her company. I was very happy there for several years until the inevitable happened - buyouts landing me with N. Right back where I started basically. Good luck with your search. If you find something good let me know, Lol!
