Just a thought about "lay-offs" and "metrics" - old MT Posted: Apr 26th, 2018 - 5:07 pm
I don't ever post often, but something crossed my mind reading some posts about MTs asking HSDMs to be laid off and them being told "their metrics are too good" so they would probably not be let go. What if I decided to not do well in my transcription in the hopes to be one to be laid off? This working situation with NJA is absolutely ridiculous and I am ashamed that I would even think this way, but it seems this is how MM is forcing me to think -- don't they get this?
