I'm thinking more customer service rep because that seems to be what most of the jobs are in my area. My husband started out that way and was able to advance, quickly which is what I'm looking for. I'm sick of being stuck in a rut and unrecognized. I like your ideas of what to emphasize. Good luch to you.
