I still have their crappy computer also and feel like dropping it on the concrete several times and then sending it back. I got a call early last week stating they would be sending a box in a week to 10 days. Still waiting on that! I wish they would hurry up so I can get rid of the thing! The unemployment adjudicator called this a.m. and said they contacted MModal for more info on why I was let go and so far there has been no response. I imagine they would be on the phone all day if they replied to every UI call.
