The speech rec program they use is called First Draft and it’s probably the worst I’ve ever used. The system never learns the docs and you end up spending more time editing than you can imagine. Between the clunky platform as another poster stated and the horrible speech rec program, you cannot make any $$. Don’t waste your time. And they pick you to death when they do their audits, i. e., hard stops, etc. Stear clear guys.
