For all the situations folks name that make it important for them to work from home, yes, we are happy to have the ability to work from home. Trashing Nuance comes from the FACT that our incomes that were once truly a living wage have been lowered multiple times (from an average of 10 cpl, down to 8 cpl, now down to 6 cpl in most cases). Then, to top that off, a few years ago Nuance implemented ways to FURTHER decrease our wage including, but not limited to, monetarily penalizing MTs for blanks, which was, and is, terrible.
