On PM, struggling because it's so hard to remain focused when I get NJA and have to wait for the next job to come in. Then I rush through the job, hoping to make up time. It's very stressful to think you could be let go any day, but I think it's more stressful waiting for work that isn't there and watching NJA get worse every week. Of course, it's possible my HDSM could quit and they could lay off her entire BOB. plus, searching for work while working takes up lots of time.
