The sup shouldn't be able to distort the company policy!

If they don't approve then I would go over their head and if that doesn't work I would submit a demand for payment and file.

No matter what, I'd be filing for unemployment based on reduced work!
The crooks can either pay per the guidelines OR they can pay unemployment!
