I am not sure this is true if you are - partial UE

I have been, of course, so no problem if they require evidence of that, but I think partial UE might be something a lot of different industries use when they have a work slowdown, not just us, and I surprisingly had a full day's work yesterday after like 2-3 weeks of OOW every day. Now there is nothing again.

I am going to call them next week to see what the situation is with this. I don't really see why you should have to go all out to look for a new job when your current employer refuses to release you from the job properly even if they have no work. I think if they want you to get another job there's a good way to accomplish that - lay us off!!!
