last pages that shows the "statistics" of people and ages laid off in this reduction of force. So many are just over 50 and older. They probably started this what once was actually a career all those years ago and purchased homes and raised their children. Now that they are looking at retirement, everything is probably gone. Social security rates based on recent wages is going to be way less than originally expected all those years ago. The state of this "profession" is such that it's no more than a sweat shop job for peanuts, but with the expectation of the knowledge. Now they are left with "what now?" It's really scary and sad. Nuance has basically stole their livlihood at this point. They can say it's all about money all they want, but they obviously have the cash as they continue to pay out millions of dollars to those at the top. Something just is not right here.
