When I was growing up I got migraines all the time. My mom was cooking with Accent seasoning, which is almost pure MSG. I was in my 30s before I figured this out. Chinese food is notorious for MSG. And even KFC. Their grilled chicken not only has MSG as an ingredient, it has another ingredient that breaks down into MSG. I had some once; in an hour, I had a headache; after 5 hrs, I was vomiting up blood. I won't trust anything from KFC any more.
