Assigned to BC at the end of January, and here the past week or two I was just now starting to get better at it! Got a verbal warning a month ago, but no way out---with 15 hospitals, a gazillion doctors, too much Blanks Management, and tough ESLs, my LPH was subpar, though my quality was high. Then as soon as my LPH was nearing the grid, I got a FIESA ding that dropped my quality score. Darned if you did, darned if you didn't. I needed some new-account incentive pay to help me out. Remember when they used to do that? Maybe the other BC newbies are doing fine, no idea of course.
