I took on a part time job, not MT 3 days a week and slowly but surely I am phasing out this line of work. I have had "enough already." So sick and tired of the low pay, high demands, etc.
I took this week off as I am in training for the other job and had some things going on, and I cannot believe how much better I feel, not tied to this stupid computer and wondering if there is going to be work or not, if I am going to be QA'd and banished because I left out a comma, or whatever.
By the time MTs figure out how we are all getting screwed over, it will be too late, these horrible companies will come up with either something different or just keep getting MTs who will work for these poverty wages. Again "EA."
