The voice on the call of doom on Tuesday said we would receive severance email to our personal email by end of business that day and actual hard copy letter to our home address the following day. I received both. Perhaps they don't have your correct info.
The email address was NuanceTranscriptionHR@Nuance.com. Good luck. It is probably a simple oversight (the jerks).
