When I sent back my old nuance PC a few months ago, it wouldn't even boot up and I didn't care. I had bought a new PC months before and wasn't using the Nuance one. It was a piece of junk anyway. Plus I included a bunch of broken headsets, mouse that wouldn't work, old keyboards, etc. Shipped all my old junk to them at their expense. They probably didn't care either way but it made me feel better plus helped me clean out my office closet.
