Actually, the massive layoffs, I believe, started with increase in minimum wage such as in California. It was after I quit (I've only quit 3 jobs in my life, and one of those was because I was moving out of state, but oh yes I quit evil Nuance!), but I heard they laid off all the MLS in California. Early 2017? I quit in summer 2016, and it was after that. They were working on getting us to quit long before that, with their raping of the paychecks.
