...and getting rid of the ones who have worked their way up to a halfway decent wage. I believe that's what happened in my case. I struggled for a long time on the verge of PAP. I FINALLY got to the place where things just clicked with my account and even got "credentialed." Then BAM...got taken off of that account and metrics went down, I was put on PAP, work started disappearing and next thing I know I'm fired. I believe that was orchestrated by Nuance because I started making too much money!
