I agree it is a valid argument; however, it will not be resolved in this manner and may hinder good job offers from being posted. I think the best and only defense is to get a transcription job working on site at the employers office.
I need to be home to care for my special needs son, so this is especially horrible for me. The management of this website is lacking, is it based in India by chance?
