I really love the job itself. I could type all day. Something about it is actually relaxing to me.
It's these crazy MTSOs with their constant and petty nagging, insanely low pay, and ridiculous rules/specs that are causing serious MT stress and burnout - MTs who are otherwise FANTASTIC at what they do, just tired of the foolishness.
Very sad how they break self esteem and sow seeds of doubt in people who like their jobs and want to do their best.
