You really should stop - Tearing into people

I see you doing this on FB, too, ripping into posters who refer to the Mayo situation as a "lay off." Okay, so that's not the terminology Mayo is using, but the end result is the same. They're obviously planning on "cutting" about 400 MT positions and to say that's not a "layoff" is simply a question of semantics.

I'm sorry you might be losing your job, but please step back and stop going off on people who term this a "lay off." It is what it is, a reduction in the MT staff no matter what term one chooses to apply to it.
