Realize if you accept it then you won't be able to file for unemployment. Consider carefully whatever they offer and look at this industry and how it's dying - you will probably have a hard time finding a job to replace your current salary (sadly too). You might be better off to force them to terminate and get unemployment. Research it both ways. Good luck and sorry they've done this to you.
